PBS (Phosphate Buffered Saline)

1. Potassium phosphate dibasic (K₂HPO₄).........7.83g

2. Sodium phosphate monobasic (NaH₂PO₄).....1.38g

3. Sodium chloride (Nacl)...........................................7.5g

4. 1000ml dH₂O

5. 2ml Brij 35

Dissolve salts in distilled water using a stirring bar. Adjust pH to 7.4 if necessary. Add the 2ml of brij 35 (detergent used to lower surface tension of water) to the PBS and mix well.
